Mugshots: CowboyNeal
Once upon a time I stumbled on a collection of photos of sex offenders from a minneapolis sheriff's website. I wget'ed them off knowing that someday I would think of something to do with them. A year or so later, I used them as the basis for an experiment with a photomosaic program. I used the famous CowboyNeal with Hat photograph has the source image. This image still amuses me.
